Terms & Condition
The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of all products on the Plus-Plus A/S webshop at www.plus-plus.com, including other domains owned by Plus-Plus A/S.
You must be 18 years or older to shop with us. When you place an order or make a purchase, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age or older and not under guardianship or any other legal incapacity.
We reserve the right to change our terms without prior notice. The terms and conditions specified on www.plus-plus.com at the time of your purchase or order are the ones that apply to your purchase or order.
Prices
The price of a product is the one displayed on the website for that specific product on the day of the order. All prices are in Euro and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct errors in prices, specifications, etc. We reserve the right to change prices with immediate effect. Shipping costs are not included.
Any order on the website will include a fee to cover shipping costs unless the minimum order value has been met. The shipping costs will be shown on the order, as well as on the order confirmation sent.
Payment
We offer several payment options, and you will always receive an order confirmation along with your order.
By placing an order with us, you consent to us transferring the processing of your payment to a third party, such as the payment provider QuickPay, MobilePay, Klarna, Vipps, or Swish.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch the order on the same working day as you place the order if the order is placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day. Shipping is free when the total price of your order exceeds €70, otherwise, the price for delivery is €10. You can find more information about delivery and how to track your package in your delivery confirmation.
If some of the products in your order are not in stock, delivery may take longer. If your delivery is delayed, you have the right to cancel your order without charge. Please contact us at hello@plus-plus.com in that case.

We are pleased to offer shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Spain. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Damages During Transport
There is always a risk that a product can be damaged during transportation. Therefore, it is essential to check the goods immediately upon receipt. Ensure that any visible external transport damage is noted on your delivery note by the person delivering your order. If you discover transport damage after opening the shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.
You can contact us via our contact form or at hello@plus-plus.com regarding all transport damages and attach pictures clearly showing the damage. Notification of transit damage must reach us as soon as possible.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You can return your item within 30 days after receiving it. If you've changed your mind and wish to return a product, please send it to the address below, and remember to attach the order number.

The return shipping cost is covered by you. Once we've received the item, we'll refund the amount to the account you used when placing the order. If all items are returned, the full amount will be refunded, including any shipping fees applied during the order. You're responsible for any decrease in the item's value due to handling beyond what's necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and how it works. If the item has been used beyond what's described above, it will be considered used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you might receive only a partial refund or no refund at all.
Complaints
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year warranty. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or fabrication from the day the product was delivered. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper use of the product. If you wish to use the warranty, please contact us at hello@plus-plus.com with documentation of your purchase and a description of the product's defects, along with attaching images that can support this explanation. Remember to provide the order or invoice number. It is important that you describe any defects as detailed as possible. If we do not find any defects in the product or suspect that the product has not been used correctly, we will not be able to accommodate the complaint.
It may be necessary to submit the product for inspection if we cannot determine whether the product has defects based on pictures and description alone. If we approve your complaint, we will send you a new product/part. In some cases, we will fully or partially refund the price of the product. We cover the costs of shipping and any other expenses related to the complaint if you can provide a receipt, and if we consider the expenses reasonable.
Refund
The amount will typically be transferred to the same payment method you used for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase. In some cases, we may need to request account information.
Colors & Video
We always aim to make our pictures, product descriptions, and other information about our products as realistic as possible. However, it happens that colors may appear differently on computers, tablets, phones, and screens. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that colors and other information about our products are an exact representation of the product.
Incorrect Information
We reserve the right to correct incorrect information about a specific product, its price, delivery information, or stock levels even after a purchase has been completed. In cases where an incorrect price has been stated, we have the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts paid for the product.
If a product in our range cannot be delivered, you have the right to a full refund.
Force Majeure
We reserve the right to invoke force majeure in situations where force majeure can be applied.
