General terms & conditions
The following terms and conditions govern the sale of all products in Plus-Plus A/S webshop at www.plus-plus.com including other domains owned by Plus-Plus A/S.
You need to be over 18 years old to shop with us. By making a purchase or placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and not under guardianship or any other limitation of your legal capacity.
We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. The terms and conditions stated on www.plus-plus.com at the time of your purchase or order are those that apply to your purchase or order.
The current price is the one, which is displayed on the day of the order on the website for the product concerned. All prices are stated in Euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices with immediate effect. Possible shipping expenses are not included. Any order on the website will include an additional charge to cover the shipping expenses unless minimum order value has been met. The shipping expenses will be stated on the order and likewise on the order confirmation that is forwarded.
We offer multiple payment options. You pay safely and securely. You will always receive an order confirmation with your order.
By placing an order with us, you consent to our transferring the processing of your payment to a third party, such as the payment provider QuickPay, MobilePay, Swish, Klarna or similar.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship the order on the same workday that you place the order if the order is placed before 12:00 noon – orders placed after 12:00 noon will most likely be shipped the following workday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be handled the next coming workday. Most packages are delivered to your delivery address within 10-14 days. Shipping is free when the total price of your order is over 699 NOK, otherwise it costs 149 NOK to a pack shop or 149 NOK for home delivery.
We deliver to Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. Packages are delivered by Postnord and local partners. You can read more about the delivery and how to track your package in your delivery confirmation.
If any of the products in your order are not in stock, delivery may take longer. If your delivery is delayed, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge. In that case, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation of order
If you regret your order after you finalized the checkout process, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form.
Damage in transit
There is always a risk that an item might get damaged during transit. It’s therefore very important that you check the goods immediately upon receiving them. Make sure that any visible external transit damage is noted on your delivery note by the person delivering your order. If you discover transit damage only after you’ve opened the shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Contact us at email@example.com regarding all transit damage and attach pictures that clearly show the damage. Notifications of transit damage must be received by us as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, and you don’t have to tell why you changed your mind. If you regret your purchase and want to return the product or products to us, just fill in the form. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can with information on how to return your product to us.
Once we’ve received your returned items, you’ll receive a refund. The cost of return shipping is 99 NOK, and this is automatically deducted from your refund amount.
A full refund cannot be given if:
- You have used the products for its purpose.
- The product has been damaged while it was in your custody.
- Your purchase is subject to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means, depending on the situation that you can either have a faulty product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or get a price reduction.
Complaints & Claims
You have the right to complain about faults in the products you buy from us. Report the problem as soon as you can after discovering it, and no more than three years from the time you received the product. Complaints can be made via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and need to contain an explanation to the complaint and supporting pictures. It is important that you describe the fault in the product carefully when you make a complaint. If, after our investigation, we can’t find any faults or believe that they are due to the product having been misused, we won’t be able to approve your complaint.

Please provide your order number or invoice number for the fastest possible service.
After first investigation, we might require you to send us the faulty product, when we receive your faulty product, we’ll examine it with your description of the fault in mind. If we accept your complaint, we will deliver a new one. Alternatively, we’ll refund you all or part of the cost of the product. We will also cover any costs you incur for shipping or anything else related to the complaint, provided you can show us receipts. Please keep in mind that we only reimburse incurred costs that we deem reasonable.
Refunds are normally made using the same payment method you used when placing the order. In some cases, we may ask you for account information or similar information to refund you.
Colors & pictures
We always strive to provide you with images, product descriptions, and other details about our products that correspond to the real look of the product. However, color reproduction and other details are different on different computers, tablets, phones, and monitors. As such, we can’t guarantee that the image material and other product information available on our website is an exact representation of the product’s actual appearance.
We reserve the right, even after a purchase has been completed, to subsequently correct incorrect information regarding a particular product, its price, delivery information, or stock levels. In cases in which an incorrect price has been stated, we have the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts paid for the product.
If a product in our range cannot be delivered, you have the right to a full refund.
We reserve the right to invoke force majeure in situations in which force majeure can be applied.
All information and images on www.plus-plus.com belong to us or our partners. This includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, product names, images, graphic representations, and texts. If you wish to use content from www.plus-plus.com for purposes other than your own private use, please contact us for approval.
